The Residences at Annapolis Junction is a project of Somerset Construction Company, headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland, in partnership with Armada Hoffler Properties, a vertically-integrated, self-managed real estate investment trust. It is comprised of 123 two-bedroom units, 248 one-bedroom units and 45 studio units. Living space sizes range from 520 square feet for the studio units and expand to 1,629 square feet for the two-bedroom loft models.
Residents have access to a full range of amenities including a saltwater swimming pool with sunning decks, cabanas,outdoor living areas and multiple grills and fountains. Contained within the 3200 square foot, two-story community room is a state-of-the-art fitness center and locker rooms; multi-seat media center with 120” viewing screen; kitchen and bar; billiards room; and business center with conference area. Additional components include a bike repair room and storage area, a bocce court, a package wrapping room and package delivery service and concierge services.
